Night of 1000 Stars

Come celebrate the library, reading and creativity at this fun event, where local “stars” read aloud passages from their favorite works.

This year’s exciting roster of readers includes Simsbury High School principal Andrew O’Brien, SHS teacher-of-the-year Melissa Fearrington, SCTV host Dominique Avery, Jenny Craig marketing manager Jean Werner, social worker Mary Margaret Girgenti, management consultant Vinod Gadhia, Chris Kelly and more!

FSPL Board member Nancy Bugbee will emcee, and the quartet “What’s on Tap?” will perform a few songs to kick off the event.

Coffee and dessert are served throughout. Simsbury Public Library Program Room.
