Classical Music in the Afternoon – Anchie Fonyue Donn, Piano

Hartt’s Community Division presents the 2nd offering in their ‘Classical Music in the Afternoon’ Series.

Award-winning Taiwanese-American pianist Fonyue Donn, also known as Anchie, holds a Master of Music from Boston University College of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Music with highest honors from University of Michigan.

Currently, she studies with Paul Rutman at The Hartt School, where she is a teaching fellow and doctoral candidate in piano performance.

She will perform works by Handel, Chopin, Scriabin, Takemitsu and Prokofiev. Reservations are suggested at 860-658-7663 x2200 or www.simsburylibrary.info. Free and open to all.
